We welcome tutors from diverse backgrounds and believe that excellent teaching comes in many forms. Formal teaching qualifications are appreciated but not required. What matters most is your ability to communicate effectively, support your students, and create engaging learning experiences.
Basic Requirements
To teach with Fluentiq, you should have:
A stable and reliable internet connection
A well-functioning camera and microphone for online lessons
Strong proficiency in the language(s) you teach
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A professional and student-focused attitude
A commitment to discretion, privacy, and confidentiality
The ability to manage your own schedule and workload independently
While not mandatory, we strongly prefer tutors who speak at least one additional language besides the language they teach, as multilingual tutors often have valuable insights into the language-learning process.
What to Include in Your Application
Please provide the following information when applying:
Your full name and country of residence
The language(s) you teach
Your language pair(s) (for example: Danish–German, English–Mandarin, Spanish–French)
Your proficiency level in each language you speak
Details of your education and relevant qualifications (optional)
Previous teaching or tutoring experience, if applicable
Your weekly teaching availability
Your preferred teaching hours and time zone
A brief introduction about yourself and your teaching style
